We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to be part of our team at PlayStation. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and adopting Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other collaboration technologies. By crafting customized solutions and designing roadmaps, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. Your strong understanding of technology and business drivers will enable strategic implementation of Generative AI tools and collaboration platforms, resulting in enhanced team performance.

This position requires both technical expertise and strategic vision to architect efficient and innovative solutions while coordinating progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration between technical teams, business collaborators, and leadership to align on goals, while crafting architectures and roadmaps for Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other collaboration technologies. Engage with an advocates group to guide direction, promote adoption, and prioritize features, ensuring solutions align with enterprise administration and platform integrations and meet customers' needs.

  • Develop and implement governance structures that ensure compliant, secure, and scalable use of Generative AI technologies within the organization, particularly around data security, privacy, and integration management.

  • Build clear and comprehensive documentation and system diagrams that outline both technical architectures and workflows, enabling teams to implement effectively on project plans.

  • Help drive creation of educational materials, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing programs that encourage the successful adoption of AI and collaboration tools across the organization.

  • Identify risks related to scalability, security, or integration challenges early in the solution design process, and proactively devise strategies to mitigate these risks.

  • Stay ahead of technological advancements, continuously refining and optimizing AI tools and collaboration platforms to maximize their potential and business value.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, solution architecture, or product strategy, with expertise in implementing AI technologies and collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365.

  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and implementing technical solutions for platforms like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Skilled in developing structured roadmaps to drive tool adoption.

  • Solid understanding of business process analysis and how to translate business needs into technical solutions, particularly for enterprise-scale collaboration and AI technologies.

  • Proficiency in crafting technical diagrams, process flows, and architectural designs that effectively communicate the solution to both technical and non-technical collaborators.

  • Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace, Miro, Figma, and Box, with the ability to integrate these tools into cohesive, scalable solutions.

  • Familiarity with security and governance requirements for AI and cloud collaboration platforms, ensuring that solutions meet compliance and data protection standards.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, present complex ideas, and foster alignment across diverse teams.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

$138,600$208,000 USD
